Meet the team that works for you

Web Design Just For You is owned and operated by the Forte family.  The website designer is Eileen Forte who worked as a computer programmer and systems analyst for large corporations for many years after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.  Her husband, Gene Forte, provides his extensive marketing and entrepreneurial skills.

When she and Gene met and were married, she quit her professional career to stay home and have four children with Gene.  From oldest to youngest, her oldest daughter graduated from the University of California in Berkeley and is now financial successful.  Her older son is now doing a doctor’s residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital of Harvard Medical School.  Her second daughter graduated from Middlebury College in VT with a degree in Computer Science and Japanese (and yes, she helps Eileen with web design on a part-time basis when needed), and Eileen’s youngest son, having graduated as Sr. Class President from Princeton University in 2020, is working in New York for a technology company in artificial intelligence.  Eileen and Gene are very happy to say that all of them are fine young people.

Gene’s background includes being a high level executive recruiter for 18 years. He found executive positions for CEOs, presidents, and upper level executives in positions at major advertising and marketing corporations.

Coming from a farming family, Gene’s career also includes many entrepreneurial ventures prior to his executive recruitment career.  Some ventures include being a licensed NYSE stock broker who created a Financial Focus program on TV, owning a chain of karate schools and promoting rock concerts in his younger days, putting together projects such as salvaging a World War II B24 bomber from the bottom of Huntington Lake, and creating documentaries to promote the growth of Cities and their surrounding areas.

Due to involvement in exposing public official corruption starting in 2000, Gene stepped away from executive recruitment. In addition to providing his marketing skills as a resource to Web Design Just For You, Gene is writing a book.

In 2000, Eileen first began to design websites.  As her first websites, she designed www.attorneybusters.com, www.geneforte.com, and www.badgerflats.com.

Eileen’s personal hobby was making quilts that she designed herself.  Then she realized that designing a website utilizes the same skills and satisfies her desire to create beautiful things.  Coupled with Gene’s marketing capability and knowledge, designing websites does two additional things.  One, it allows her to help others and two, it earns income. Eileen loves what she does.  She enjoys working with people, helping them grow their business, and being able to create very functional websites that are pleasing to look at.

Gene and Eileen have lived according to their belief in right and wrong, integrity, and hard work, and their company, Web Design Just For You, is operated with the same principles.  We treat our clients with respect and fairness, and give them our best efforts every time.
