Custom website design for new service
Website pages on new septic services by Perennial Builders including focus on 8 different city locations and the SEO, AIO and GEO required to increase appearance on search results.
An actual example
Perennial Builders - New Septic Services
Business and location: Construction contractor licensed and trained in septic services for Modesto, Ceres, Hughson, Oakdale, Riverbank, Stockton, Tracy, Manteca and the Central Valley of California.
The challenge: The contractor who offers remodeling in residential homes, decided he wanted to get more exposure for his septic system services, which were not on his website.
The work: Added webpages focused on the septic system, its installation, replacement and repair and the location areas he provides these in. All webpages were created with a focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ADA Accessibility, and Performance (load speed).
The outcome: 5 days after search engine indexing, Perennial Builders' septic webpage links have started to show at the top of the individual areas search results.

Redesign of website for Central California Child Development Services, Inc.
Business and location: Child development and care for income qualified in Stanislaus and Merced Counties
The challenge: The 15 year old website used unsupported software making updates difficult. Needed a new, modern "look", updated software and improved performance (load speed).
The work: Revamped the entire software website was built on and created a brighter, soft and caring look for its child development and education theme. Improved readability, user interface, load speed and added ADA (American with Disabilities Act) Accessibility features.
The outcome: A modern website that ensures prominent appearance on the search results and provides ADA compliance for visually impaired.
