Website Updates Included
Client: Denise Travels, owned by Denise Mayer, handles timeshare rentals for her clients. Her website enables vacation planners to contact her for booking their rental locations.
The request: Denise needs to have current rental prices, information and sales for many vacation resorts posted at all times. All information must be responsive and formatted for tablets as well as mobile phones.
The work performed on an ongoing basis: Once or twice a month, Denise will email a spreadsheet of her updated rentals and information. Within a day, the information will be updated on her website. This service in included in her monthly hosting/service fee.
The practical benefit: Crucially current pricing and availability is always posted to enable booking of the available timeshares for vacation planning by her website visitors.

What does the monthly hosting and maintenance fee cover?
The fee covers hosting and minor website maintenance within your selected arrangement. Review Services and Prices and confirm the included work, exclusions, and any additional charges before selecting a plan.
Can you help if my website is hosted elsewhere?
Yes. We also offer website work for clients who use their own hosting. Access, compatibility, the condition of the website, and the work required affect the scope and estimate.
Do you keep backups of hosted websites?
We maintain daily backups of client websites on our hosting, with retained weekly and monthly copies. If you need recovery help, contact us so we can check which copies are available and assess the work required.
Are plugin updates, security work, and emergency support included?
Ask us to confirm these items for your particular website and plan. Minor content maintenance does not automatically include every technical task or an around-the-clock response commitment.
Can I make updates myself?
Ask about access and instruction for the parts of your website you want to manage. We can discuss which updates you prefer to handle and which you would like us to complete.
